区域金融生态环境差异与经济增长效率

本文利用实证分析的方法，选取金融生态环境不同的地区样本，运用定量指标对影响金融生态环境的诸多要素进行深入对比分析，指出金融不是孤立的，它内生于经济社会的大环境之中。良好的金融生态环境能够营造“资金洼地”，从而促进当地的经济增长；不良的金融生态环境，往往造成巨额的不良资产，导致金融资源的低效配置，不利于经济的发展壮大。因此，改善金融生态环境、促进经济增长，实现经济可持续发展，必须从影响金融生态环境的不同因素及不同层面上加以完善与改进，必须要发挥政府的主导作用，依靠法律的、经济的、文化的乃至全社会的共同努力培育良好的金融生态环境。     

IPO share allocation and conflicts of interest

The underwriter of an IPO has two sources of compensation for its services on behalf of the issuer. One is through a commission (spread), the other is by buying issued shares for itself (or its affiliates) and reselling them in the post-issue market. Profits from the former decrease along with the magnitude of underpricing while profits from the latter increase with it. Faced with these countervailing interests, the present paper analyzes how the underwriter decides upon the pricing and allocation of IPOs.      

招商引资竞争的有效性分析

本文利用一个简单的模型分析了区域招商引资竞争的有效性，在竞争的状态下，除区域间收益差额超过潜在不利的情况外，潜在不利区域将很难利用优惠改变企业固有区位，竞争使得分配更加有利于企业而不利于参与招商引资竞争的区域，而且这种招商引资竞争是难以避免的。认清本区域既有优势和关键行业比单纯提供优惠在招商引资过程中更加重要。     

商业银行流动性过剩与区域金融资源配置失衡

本文从区域金融学的角度对我国商业银行流动性变化及其区域差异进行了剖析.研究发现,东部沿海发达地区信贷资金投放量过度,城乡金融资源配置差别太大,区域金融资源配置的失衡导致了全国城市商业银行流动性过剩.文章认为,疏通、引导社会资金流向,改善、优化欠发达地区的金融生态,防范、控制发达地区的金融风险,分步实施我国地区均衡开发战略,这是解决当前全国流动性过剩的根本路径.     

Land use optimization in watershed scale

Managing a watershed for satisfying the inhabitant's demand is a difficult task if one has to maintain a reasonable balance between usually conflicting environmental flows and demands. The solution to these complex issues requires the use of mathematical techniques to take into account conflicting objectives. Many optimization models exist for general management systems but there is a knowledge gap in linking practical problems with the optimum use of all land resources under conflicting demands in a watershed. In the present study, an optimization problem has been formulated for the Brimvand watershed, Iran, comprising ca. 9572 ha to find out the most suitable land allocation to different land uses, viz. orchard, irrigated farming, dry farming and rangeland targeting soil erosion minimization and benefit maximization.     

从企业的环节效率看我国大企业的发展

国家的发展看企业，企业的发展看效率。通过对企业的环节效率分析可以发现，我国大企业的发展是先利用国有资本的迅速集中形成大企业，提高了企业的生产和交易效率，然后经过产权改革，提高企业的分配效率，进而激励经营者通过加强管理、技术创新等提高企业的整体效率，逐步实现企业由大变强。

教育公平与效率是教育资源配置的基本原则,也是衡量教育资源配置是否合理的主要标准,规约着教育资源配置政策的价值取向。文章通过对国内外学者有关教育公平与效率的概念及两者关系的梳理,试图阐明教育财政资源配置过程中的公平与效率问题,以期通过对教育财政资源的配置过程中的公平与效率问题的关注,实现对教育财政资源更加公正、合理、有效的配置,促进教育事业朝着理性的方向发展。     

A direct comparison of physical block occupancy versus timed block occupancy in train timetabling formulations

Two fundamental mathematical formulations for railway timetabling are compared on a common set of sample problems, representing both multiple track high density services in Europe and single track bidirectional operations in North America. One formulation, ACP, enforces against conflicts by constraining time intervals between trains, while the other formulation, RCHF, monitors physical occupation of controlled track segments. The results demonstrate that both ACP and RCHF return comparable solutions in the aggregate, with some significant differences in select instances, and a pattern of significant differences in performance and constraint enforcement overall.     

SAD模型法在物流资源优化配置中的应用

运用ＳＡＤ模型法对企业物流资源优化配置进行了系统分析，以求帮助企业合理安排管理资源，采取相应的措施，实现集约化经营。
